What is the delivery time for my order?
When you order from Moodora, delivery may take slightly longer than you might be used to.
Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we save significantly on warehousing and transportation costs.
This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
How much does it cost to return an item?
Returns are unfortunately at your own expense.
The cost depends on the shipping carrier you use.

What are the conditions for returning my products?
You always have a 14-day return period starting from the day you received the item.
However, some conditions must be met for the return to be accepted:

The product is in its original packaging with all tags attached;
The product has not been used.

We accept payments via iDeal, Bancontact, credit cards, and Klarna.

What should I do if I haven’t received an order confirmation by email?
That’s not supposed to happen.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Due to high demand for our products, delivery may occasionally take longer than expected.
We appreciate your understanding.
If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received your package,

I want to exchange or return my order – how do I do that?
To return a product, contact our customer support via

Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000 from your confirmation email), and the reason for the return.
We’ll then send you the return address and confirm that the return is approved.
After that, you can send the product back using a carrier of your choice.
